At-Home Plan 1

  • If you want to move your body but have limited equipment and/or no gym access - this is for you! These workouts are created to build strength and get your heart pumping from the comfort of your home.

  • You will have 4 workouts per week! 2 Lower Body, 2 Upper Body + Core. I offer modifications throughout the program to make exercises work for you!

  • You will need dumbbells to complete this plan. I also have an option for a resistance band, but you can still complete the program without it!
